Our compatible inkjet cartridges have less than 1% defective rate. However, if you receive defective cartridges, they can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. All returns must have the Serial # issued by us. All return items must have the original boxes. Delivery costs are not refundable.

In case the customer orders the wrong item(s), we only accept return if the item(s) is/are not opened. All wrong items (Unless mistakenly shipped by us) are subject to 15% re-stocking fee for all compatible ribbon, inkjet & toner cartridges. Delivery cost is not refundable.
